Post-interview, we gather feedback from the hiring team and discuss standout candidates. If further evaluations are needed, we coordinate follow-up interviews or additional tests. If no candidate meets expectations, we refine the search process.
Once a finalist is selected, we manage the offer process, assisting with salary negotiations and contract finalization to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
